These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Ultiox mobile application and the website at ultiox.app (collectively, the "Service") operated by Ultiox ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Ultiox app, or by accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ultiox is a digital wellness application that helps users manage screen time by requiring physical exercise (such as push-ups) to earn minutes of app usage. The app blocks selected applications on the user's device until the user earns access through physical movement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
  • Do not use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair its functionality.
  • Exercise safely and within your physical capabilities when using the workout features. Ultiox is not responsible for any physical injuries resulting from exercises performed while using the app.

5. Health Disclaimer

Ultiox is not a medical or fitness application. The exercise component is designed as a behavioral tool, not a fitness program. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise routine. You use the workout features at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the design, logos, text, graphics, and software — are the exclusive property of Ultiox and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultiox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or access to apps on your device
  • Physical injury from exercises
  • Interruption of device functionality
  • Any errors or inaccuracies in the app's time tracking

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
